We, BAG Smart Analytics, have specialized in the planning and structuring of process flows. We link all the data produced in the company, evaluate it and implement the insights gained from it. The aim is to produce the optimal product with the minimum effort and the highest level of safety: quality assurance made child's play. We always keep an eye on the CO2 footprint.
An important instrument is the ASAP – Analyzing System for Automated Processes. Since the company was founded in April 2022, we have been working hard on the data platform, the PDB (Production Database), LIMS (Laboratory Information and Management System), warehouse and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) connects.
ASAP records, evaluates and optimizes process flows in all companies, from electroplating to paper mills. The BAG Smart Analytics team digitizes and links processes from the laboratory, production and warehouse with the ASAP and many other stations and learns from the data obtained. Access to the secure data storage is possible at any time. For the first time, Industry 4.0 is no longer a vision of the future, but within reach!
